It all started with a chance encounter on a night out in—dare we say, glamorous—Burton on Trent. At the time, Martin was working in the retail furniture world, while Salli was selling medical equipment to hospitals. What began over a few drinks in town quickly grew into a lifelong partnership of fun and friendship, with one constant thread running through both of our lives: we loved working in sales.

Of course, finding your true niche is a long and winding road. Salli discovered her stride in the beverage industry, building a successful career selling to wholesale, foodservice, and primarily the On Trade. Meanwhile, Martin explored recruitment before finding his true calling with a long, rewarding career in the home and gift industry.

Martin had always wanted his own sales agency, and the opportunity arose in 2022. Fast forward to 2026, and the stars finally aligned for Salli to bring her expertise into the fold.
